GTF Enters Heads of Agreement

Greentech Flagship Ltd has entered into a Heads of Agreement with the China based Econess Energy Co Ltd to further explore the prospects of establishing a joint venture to produce its new generation solar cells and panels at its factory in Jiangsu Province.
The venture would ensure that this modern plant can deliver the product can be brought to market quickly allowing GTF to establish distribution arrangements in its chosen markets early in the new year.
Discussions are continuing with other prospective partners.

GTF Lists On SIM VSE

On 18th November Greentech Flagship (GTF) became the first company to list on the SIM VSE exchange in Sydney.
This platform was chosen because of the Exchanges stated commitment to leadership in innovation and its particular focus on the cleantech sector.

What we do...

Greentech Flagship Ltd is a newly established company that has also listed on the SIM VSE stock exchange in Sydney. It has acquired the worldwide rights to intellectual property and know how related to the production of the next generation of solar cells. This technology is collectively known as “Bundled Technology” as it allows geometrically smaller photovoltaic cells to be united in bundled parallel circuits thereby increasing the energy absorbtion and power generation of solar panels.

The result is solar panels with double the efficiency; an output of 100 times the energy generation over the life of the solar cells; higher power output under concentrated irradiation in comparison with conventional solar cells; high temperature stability under conditions of high and low temperatures and most importantly a production cost significantly lower per watt.

The primary objective of the Company is to develop and manufacture solar cells and panels based upon the Bundling Technology on a global commercial basis. To date the Bundled Technology has been laboratory tested and a small production line established to test production methods.
